Can I cancel my listing if I decide not to sell?
Yes, you can cancel you listing at any time, as long as you haven't gone into contract with a buyer. You must notify your agent and then a cancel form will need to be filled out. We keep it easy.
If I list as a FSBO, will other Realtors avoid (boycott) my listing?
No! Buyer's agents like to make money. You will be offering them a commission for bringing you a buyer.
The last Agent I hired was horrible, how do I know you won’t be the same?

Can I ask Buyers if they are approved for financing?

Why does my listing contract have a time limit if I can list until sold?
Real Estate contract law requires the terms to have a start and end date. After the listing agreement expires, we will re-list at no additional charge. Let's plan on getting your home sold before expiration!
Is the Yard Sign hard to install?
No. An agent in high-heels can install it. But we suggest using more proper footwear.
What do I do if I signed up for an account but never got a confirmation email?
As soon as you sign up for an account, are confirmation is sent. It's instantaneous! So if you don't get the email, it may have gone to your junk mail folder. Check your junk mail and then add us to your inbox so your email provider will know you want to hear from us. Confirm the email and you should have no trouble logging in. If you can't find the confirmation email, just click sign in at thefreestone.com and enter your email and password. And we'll try sending that confirmation email again :)
